Pantomimes Support Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity

Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity is delighted to be the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) and First Family Entertainment (FFE) official charity partner for the 2016/17 pantomime season. 

Ten ATG theatres will be fundraising throughout Christmas and the New Year with marvellous bucket collections at every pantomime performance. A special film will be shown and Marvin, Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children Charity's mascot will also be making an appearance at various theatres.  

Kevin Wood, the Chief Executive of FFE said, "We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity for this year's pantomime season. Jane Miles, the Chief Executive for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity knows how important support from ATG and FFE is for the charity's plans to create fifteen new Roald Dahl nursing posts by 2020. She says, "This time of year is a great opportunity for us all to step into the shoes of children and have great fun, and what better way to do it than at a pantomime! It's also a time to think of children who are living with a serious illness, and for whom life is not so easy. The money raised through this festive fundraising will help us to provide more specialist nurses to the children who need them most."
