Meet the new voices of 'Charlie vs. the Chocolate Factory' coming to cinemas in 2027

The world of Willy Wonka is getting even sweeter. Nicola Coughlan, Charithra Chandran, Samson Kayo, Christopher Chung, Kate Winslet, and Helena Bonham Carter have joined the voice cast of Charlie vs. the Chocolate Factory, a brand-new animated adventure from Netflix Animation Studios, alongside previously announced stars Kit Connor as young hero Charlie Paley and Taika Waititi as Willy Wonka.

Set years after the original Golden Ticket contest, the new story follows Charlie and his friends as they hatch a bold plan to save their homes - only to discover the wonders (and dangers) waiting inside the factory are bigger than they bargained for.

With original songs, new characters, and all the mischievous charm that has made Roald Dahl's stories beloved for generations, Charlie vs. the Chocolate Factory opens in cinemas worldwide on 5th November 2027, before arriving on Netflix on 22nd December.
